1. Introduction
Welcome to Celeste Sailing Charters. By booking a charter with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2.2 Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the departure date.
2.3 Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
2.4 Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 days or more before departure will receive a 50% refund.
3.2 Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will forfeit the deposit.
3.3 No refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of departure or for no-shows.
3.4 Celeste Sailing Charters reserves the right to cancel charters due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or mechanical issues. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Safety and Conduct
4.1 All passengers must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
4.2 Life jackets and other safety equipment must be used as directed.
4.3 Passengers must not engage in any behavior that endangers themselves, others, or the vessel.
4.4 Celeste Sailing Charters reserves the right to terminate a charter without refund if passengers engage in reckless, illegal, or unsafe behavior.

5. Weather Policy
5.1 Charters are subject to weather conditions. The captain has the final authority to determine whether it is safe to sail.
5.2 In case of inclement weather, we will reschedule your charter or provide a refund at our discretion.

6. Liability
6.1 Celeste Sailing Charters is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the charter.
6.2 Passengers assume full responsibility for their personal safety and belongings.
6.3 Celeste Sailing Charters is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Alcohol and Smoking
7.1 Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted onboard. The captain reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated passengers.
7.2 Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, if any.

8. Damage to the Vessel
8.1 Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or its equipment due to negligence or misconduct.
8.2 The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the responsible party.

9. Pets Policy
9.1 Pets are only allowed with prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.

10. Privacy Policy
10.1 We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to process your booking.

11. Governing Law
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United Kingdom
